Support and feedback

Email support@vembar.io for anything about the app, a subscription, a bug or a feature you would like to see. For a bug, include the screen you were on, the ticker or print if there was one, and what you expected to happen.

The Feedback screen in the app sends the same request with your app version and device attached.

Subscriptions

Realtime is purchased in the iOS and Android apps. Subscriptions bought on iOS are managed through your Apple ID subscriptions, and subscriptions bought on Android through Google Play. If a purchase did not activate, use Restore Purchase on the Realtime screen first, then email support with the store receipt if it still does not appear.
