Thank you for your interest in Options Sentiment Screener, an App (the "App") developed by Vembar, LLC, a limited liability company duly formed and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut whose registered office address is 33 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 1, Norwalk, CT 06854, referred to in this document, by the terms "Provider" or "we" or "us" or "our." The terms "user" or "you" or "your" refers to any and all users of the App. Your use of the App constitutes your agreement to the following Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make a link to it available on our App as well.
We reserve the right, to modify, alter, update, and/or otherwise change this Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, updates, or changes. The date of the most recent version of this Privacy Policy is shown at the top, left of this Privacy Policy. If your use the App on or after that date, you agree to be bound by any and all such modifications, alterations, updates, and/or changes.
This privacy statement covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity.
What we collect
The Options Sentiment Screener App is free to use and we do not store any personal information about you on our servers. However, we use Google's AdMob services to serve you ads which may use any type of personal information you may have provided or is available to Google such as your name, address, current location, phone, and email address. We also use Google's Firebase services for App Analytics. Please refer to Google's terms of use and privacy policy for more details.
How we use it
Any information about you that is available to Google may be used to serve you relevent ads via the AdMob service.
Security of your Personal Information
No personal information about you is directly stored on our servers. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for measure they take to secure your personal information.
Access to your Personal Information
We do not store any of your personal information on our servers and hence cannot provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. Please refer to Google's privacy policy to access your personal information available to Google.
Problems or complaints with Provider's Privacy Policy

Advertising
The App and the website at optionssentimentscreener.com display advertising to users who do not hold an active Realtime subscription. Advertising is served by Google through Google AdMob in the App and Google AdSense on the website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies and advertising identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to the App, the website and other websites and apps. Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to optionssentimentscreener.com and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. You may opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting https://www.aboutads.info/choices. Other third party vendors and ad networks may also serve advertising on the website; their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, and Provider does not control it. Realtime subscribers are not shown advertising in the App.
Accounts and saved screeners
If you sign in with your Apple or Google identity in the App, Provider stores the email address and name the identity provider shares, an account identifier, your saved screeners and alert settings, and the identifiers of the devices signed in to the account, so that your screeners and subscription follow you between devices. Provider does not sell this information. You may sign out from any device at any time, and you may ask Provider to delete your account by writing to privacy@vembar.io.
Analytics and website cookies
The App and the website use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure how they are used: the screens and pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the general location derived from the IP address, crash reports and subscription events. Provider uses this information in aggregate to improve the App and does not use it to identify you. The website stores preference values in your browser's local storage, such as your theme and the screeners you have saved, so the site looks the same on your next visit. Advertising and analytics cookies may be set by Google as described above. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies and clear local storage; doing so may limit some features of the website.

Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
